AI comes up in a meeting or an interview. You have a real opinion. You don’t say it.

Not every silence is a lack of confidence. Sometimes it’s just that you haven’t done the work yet to know where you stand.

Align starts before the opinion does. Before you position yourself, get curious. Find out what AI is actually doing in your environment, not what it’s rumored to do.

AI is not one size fits all. There’s data protection. Security. Governance. Real outcomes to think through, not just the tool itself. Ask real questions, or better yet, research possible answers so you are ready when the questions come.

Everyone is figuring things out at the same time you are. Align just means you do it on purpose.

Know your value. Act on it. Position yourself authentically, regardless of what’s happening around you.
